What does this dial mean on my watch?
Hey I might be stupid in asking this but does anyone know what the purpose of the dial on the right middle of this watche's clock face does?

It is a tachimeter
If you do 1 ml in 1 min, you do 60 miles/hr
If you do it in 45 sec, then at about 80 miles/hr, you get the idea.
